so it’s June first and i kicked my ass at the gym, ran for 45 minutes, only burned 365 calories cuz im a slow runner BUT i was pouring sweat, so i know i did something right :)
im going to the super market soon to buy some yummy healthy foods since my mom doesnt care about what’s healthy.. it’s hard having cookies, cake, chips, and candy all over the place without being able to touch it..
but that makes me stronger right?
I have 3 Months til i go away to College upstate in Oswego!
Giving me 3 Months to lose about 20-23 more lbs!
i want my roommate and whoever i meet up there to meet me, the fit girl ;) and more importantly i want them to meet a confident girl.
wish me luck! im going to work as hard as i can!

so i am pumpinggg up, its the last day of may, i sound like cat in the hat, but
i am finally gunna have the time to work out! ive been working 8 hour night shifts the past two days and have been exhausted. i have had nothing but crap in my house, but i didnt wanna not eat either cuz that’s probably worse
i am going to Stop & Shop tomorrow for fruit and healthy foods for myself!
AND i think im going to try a Set time for working out every morning..
it’ll be difficult with my wacky job hours and how late i stay up, but it’s worth the try to be more organized right?
so today im drinking water A LOT
i gotta figure out what to do with dinner but wish me luck!
